chipirones y córtalos a              tiras.- Los pimientos del piquillo se cortan por la cabeza, se le              quitan las pepitas, se lavan y se reservan; (para poderlos rellenar              bien, hágaseles un agujerito en la punta para que salga el aire al              empujar el relleno).- SALSA: En una cazuela, pon un chorreón de              aceite de oliva y toda la verdura cortada en dados o Juliana; déjalo              sudar o pochar (removiendo de vez en cuando) hasta que coja color o              quiera empezar a pegarse. Después pásala por el pasapuré. Añade los              calamares o chipirones al puré resultante, junto con dos vasos y              medio de agua y la pastilla de caldo concentrado y déjalo cocer unos              15 minutos.- Separa los calamares de la salsa y pícalos muy              menudito; haz lo mismo con los huevos duros. Lígalo todo con un              huevo batido y pan rallado, salpimienta y remueve hasta formar una              pasta suave (debe quedar menos compacta que cuando se quiere para              albóndigas); dejar enfriar un poco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;             &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Mientras tanto, el caldo se habrá colado y dejado              reducir un poco (no echar más sal, ya tiene suficiente con la              pastilla concentrada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;             &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Rellenar los pimientos (no hace falta del todo),              dejando el relleno alisado en la boca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;             &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Colocar los pimientos rellenos cubriendo el fondo              de una olla baja y grande (que quepan todos sin amontonarse), echar              por encima el caldo y dejar cocer, semitapados, volviéndolos alguna              vez hasta que estén tiernos (se nota que están bien hechos porque se              van arrugando y la masa interior queda cuajada y blancuzca). Se pone en una fuente y si el pescado esta verdaderamente fresco, es mejor no sumergir los dados en agua con sal. Se recomienda remojarlos para limpiar las impurezas (en casa le agregan un poquito de leche). Luego se le agrega los dientes de ajo molidos o chancados, pimienta y las dos   cucharadas de aji verde molido y se revuelve todo. En la fuente y con el pescado bien saturado de sabor del ajo, el aji y la pimienta, se exprimen 12 limones. Se remueve con una cuchara de palo y de deja reposar de 10 a 15  minutos (mientra más fresca sea el pescado, mas rapido se cocinara) y se echa sal. Luego se pica perejil y culantro y se cubre el pescado con la cebolla, ador-&lt;br /&gt;nandolo con aji montaña picado a rajas de rocoto al gusto. Finalmente, se espolvorea rapidamente encima de la  cebolla un poco mas de sal y se exprimen el resto de los limones. Se sirve sin demoraa, pues el cebiche se marchita. Deben de quedar "al  dente" o sea crujientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Cuando falta medio minuto para terminar de saltearlas es cuando añadimos  los germinados o brotes de soja (soya), una pizca de jengibre, pimi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;enta y sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Dejaremos enfriar las verduras sobre un plato (en la sartén  aún caliente se terminarían de cocer demasiado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Repartiremos este relleno de verduras sobre los rectángulos  o bases para rollitos de primavera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Cuidaremos de no llenarlos demasiado ya que hemos de poder enrollarlos  (como los Sushis) y que no se salga el relleno por los lados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Antes de cerrarlos del todo, humedecemos el final con un poco de agua para  que cierren o sellen los rollitos de primavera. Sellamos también por los  lados. Algunas personas lo hacen "pintando" los rollitos de primavera con yema  de huevo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Los freiremos en abundante aceite (a ser posible de oliva) hasta que queden  bien dorados y luego los escurriremos con un paño o papel de cocina  absorbente. Cocine las cebollas, pimientos y ajo hasta que esten ligeramente quemados y blandos. Agafem un envàs i posarem ous, farina,aigua i oli, amb les mans mesclarem tot fins surti una massa sua&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. En la gran cazuela tenemos una mezcla de yuca cocida con zanahoria, cebolla y carne picada....Un poco como albondigas con acompañamiento de patata hervida, ¡¡¡¡¡sólo que había más acompañamiento de que albóndigas!!!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;En las dos cazuelas pequeñas está el resto de la comida...berenjenas con una salsa marroncilla y trozos de carne con todo tipo de vegetales...  ¡¡picaba que casi nos morimos!!! Se ha enterado de que me voy a València de vacaciones y claro...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"de la tia Chari retocada por la mia mamma , Francis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Durante los meses de noviembre, diciembre y enero se pueden recoger naranjas amargas en muchas ciudades de España.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lava muy bien la piel de las naranjas con abundante agua, si es posible, utiliza un cepillo, para quitar el polvo y las sustancias extrañas que puedan tener.&lt;br /&gt;Parte las naranjas por la mitad con un cuchillo, e intenta extraer las semillas. Si se quedan algunas no pasa nada, ya que mas adelante al hervirlas salen a flote y puedes retirarlas con una espumadera o cuchara.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exprime el zumo de las naranjas, para aprovecharlo al máximo. Corta las naranjas, con la piel, en trozos finos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pon las tiras de naranja y el zumo en una olla y por cada kilo de la mezcla agrega seis tazas de agua. Si tienes olla a presión, cierrala, y dejala a fuego medio-alto unos diez minutos después de que se active la válvula. Si no tienes olla a presión dejalas una hora aproximadamente a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente para que la mezcla no se pegue al fondo de la olla, y puedes añadir un poco mas de agua si ves que se seca mucho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espera a que se enfríe un poco la mezcla, y añadele un kilo de azucar por cada kilo de producto resultante, revuelve muy bien y dejala reposar una noche entera&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times, Times New Roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:16;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Monaco, Courier New;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10;"&gt;Al dia siguiente poner la olla a fuego bajo-medio, y cuando empiece a hervir subirá a la superficie una espuma que se debe retirar con una espumadera, y es ahora cuando puedes aprovechar para retirar las semillas que se hayan escapado. Agrega el azúcar al aceite caliente y deja calentar hasta que se torne marrón oscuro. Añade el pollo cuidando de que no te quemes con las salpicaduras de aceite. Cubre y deja a fuego medio por diez minutos, añade cucharaditas de agua cuando sea necesario para evitar que se queme. Añade la pasta de tomate y remueve. Añade el agua y deja hervir. Agrega sal al gusto.Cuando empiece a hervir agrega el arroz y deja a fuego medio removiendo regularmente para evitar que el arroz se pegue al fondo. Cuando el agua se haya evaporado cubre con una tapa de cierre hermético y deja a fuego muy bajo por 15 minutos. Destapa, revuelve y añade el aceite restante. Vuelve a tapar y espera otros 5 minutos. Prueba el arroz para ver si está bien cocido. Vam montar un plató de televisió on els nois i les noies de Xarxa entrevistaven a la gent del barri per conèixer les seves receptes preferides: asado argentino, gazpacho andaluz, pastís de xocola, ajo blanco... receptes d'Argentina, Equador, Catalunya, Colòmbia... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;L'esdeveniment va estar amenitzat per un Dj que anava posant música i controlava el volum del micro i per dues persones que oferien suc fresquet a tota la gent que participava contant les seves receptes o escoltant les que s'explicaven. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Tot va quedar enregistrat perquè després, a partir del setembre, es podrà veure en CreaTv, una televisió comunitària oberta al barri amb emisió per Internet. Agafem el paquet de xocolata per desfer i en un litre de llet l’anem removent fins que espessa i el deixem refredar.
